1. Products & pricing: prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
2. Orders: an order is accepted only when confirmed by email. We may decline or cancel orders for stock, pricing or fraud reasons.
3. Payment: processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store card details.
4. Safety gear: helmets and protective gear reduce but do not eliminate injury risk. Choose the correct size and follow the manufacturer's guidance.
5. Returns, shipping and privacy: governed by our published policies.
6. Liability: to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India.
