Return & Refund Policy

Helmets, exhausts and riding gear are safety and fitment-critical products, so we do not accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind, size or colour preference, or a wrong model choice by the buyer.

Wrong or damaged items

We will replace or refund an item only if you received a different product from the one you ordered, or it arrived damaged or defective.

How to report a problem

1. Contact us as soon as you receive the parcel: customercare@powerenough.in or +91 70259 07096.
2. Share your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video if you have one.
3. We will review your request and confirm the replacement or refund.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
