SC Project SC1-R GT Full Exhaust System for Kawasaki Versys 650 2017-20

The SC-Project full system exhaust is the direct result of the research, development and design work carried out by the R&D department together with the major MotoGP and SBK World Championship Teams. SC-Project, with the aim of improving performance and aesthetics of the Your Kawasaki Versys 650 has created a complete unit designed to house the original lambda probe, showcases first-class technical solutions: the use of CNC machined bushings turned from solid allow the exhaust system impeccable coupling that make fitting easier and improve system performance; the implementation of a lighter system ensures better bike rideability. The production of pipes of variable dimensions guarantees a marked increase in performance both in terms of torque and maximum power through the entire bend.

The innovative SC1-R GT, a benchmark for the Superbike World Championship, is available in titanium body. The SC1-R GT is a hi-tech muffler that came about from the need to offer the public a product with a racing soul, but which, thanks to work by the R&D Department creating a Euro4 approved version, allows it to be used on the road fitted on many motorcycles. The asymmetric, angular and clean rhomboidal shape, together with the carbon fibre end cap, recalls the sporting spirit of the SC1-R GT confirming it as the ideal muffler for the latest bikes. The SC1-R GT muffler boasts sophisticated technical solutions such as bracket and fitting welds with T.I.G. technology, sound-absorbing material designed to withstand the very high temperatures and exhaust gas pressures of racing motorcycles, and the titanium insert bushings machined from solid by CNC machines, which guarantee impeccable couplings.
