SC Project S1 3-1 Stainless Steel Full Exhaust System for Triumph Street Triple RS 2024-25

This S1 full exhaust system for the new Triumph Street Triple 765 R - RS is the result of SC-Project experience in the Moto2 World Championship.

Everything has been developed to offer the best performance together with a great improvement of the agility of the Triumph Street Triple 765 R - RS, thanks to an outstanding weight reduction of over 55% if compared to the original exhaust system and an incredible performance gain of 6.0 hp at 10500 rpm and 4.0 Nm at 10500 rpm.

The S1 silencer shape donates an aggressive yet elegant look to the full system and is enriched by an exclusive riveted aluminium plate with SC-Project logo.

As soon as you start the engine on your Triumph Street Triple, the conical shape will reward you with strong and deep notes, true SC-Project signature sound. 

To guarantee you the best customization possible, we have equipped the muffler with a removable baffle. This solution will give you the choice between a loud (but acceptable) 110 dB with dB-killer installed and a louder sound of 114 dB without dB-killer.

The exhaust system is crafted entirely with AISI 304 Stainless Steel to ensure optimal resistance and durability. It is manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies, including handcrafted TIG welds and internal bushings CNC machined from solid block, exactly like every SC-Project product.

The installation is 100% plug and play.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the motorcycle’s ECU could generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system.
